| Just one visit to Prosser in the Heart of Washington Wine Country inspired Chef Frank Magaña to make the move and pursue a dream of opening his own restaurant and catering company. Chef Magaña moved to Prosser in the spring of 2007 and immediately began catering for the wine industry. A beautiful historic building in downtown Prosser became the home for his vision- Picazo 7Seventeen Wine Bar & Restaurant.

Picazo 7Seventeen opened its doors in October 2007 and was greeted with an enthusiastic response. The casual atmosphere makes Picazo's a local favorite and "Industry Night" Wednesdays plays host to impromptu gatherings of some of the most talented wine makers in the area, their hardworking staff and local wine enthusiasts.
